 All items are made by hand, solely by me, so please allow up to 7 days for your item to be handcrafted, packaged and shipped out (most items are ready-to-ship). I am a very small operation and do all of my shop related shipping and receiving out of my home studio.

Shipping times and production times are two different aspects of an order. You have the option of choosing expedited shipping upon checkout but please keep in mind that that does NOT expedite the production time on your order.

D O M E S T I C
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package and your chosen preference. An email, including tracking information, will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond my control. Domestic transit times are typically 1-4 days.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L
I ship internationally! International shipping preferences can be selected during checkout. After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days; however it can take up to 6 weeks. International mail has affected circumstances beyond my control including, but not limited to- customs delays, long distances, and foreign holidays. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive.

For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as I am not responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your country's package processing and delivery system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.

If you are concerned your package may be lost, please contact your local post office for assistance and reference your provided tracking number.  
Please note: Olive + Arrow™ is not liable for anything that may occur to packages once in the hands of the postal service- including damage, delays, and missing and/or stolen packages. A tracking number is provided for your convenience and insurance.

R E T U R N E D  P A C K A G E S
If a package is returned to me for any reason, I will do my best to attempt contact and reship the package. Buyer is responsible for repaying the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

Due to the custom nature of my items, I typically do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

D E F E C T S
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item(s) (with the exception of any possible damages caused during shipping) a refund or exchange may be considered. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order, with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Due to the fact that each item is 100% handmade, there may be additional wait time before receiving a replacement.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a defective or damaged refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that colors on your screen may vary slightly based on your computer, phone or tablet's individual display and monitor settings. Each item is photographed and described, to the best of my ability.

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S

A tracking number is provided for your convenience and insurance. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address or lack of claim on the part of the purchaser, a refund will not be issued. Buyer will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.

PLEASE NOTE: Virginia residents are subject to a 4.3% State Sales Tax and a 1.7% County Sales Tax.

Your payment information is completely and totally secure. I have no access to your payment information- that is all handled securely through the payment processor.
